Return & Exchange Policy

At Triyam Clothes, every pair of jeans is made with care and customized just for you. While we do not accept general returns, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Custom Product Policy

As our denim jeans are customized to your requirements, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You receive the wrong product (wrong size, design, or color).

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

3. Exchange Process

  • Contact us at triyamclothes@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8950253650 with your order number and issue details.

  • Share clear images of the product and packaging opening video.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (if available) or request you to send the item to our address.

4. Exchange Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement within 5–7 business days.

  • If the item is not eligible after inspection, we will notify you via email.

5. Size-Related Issues

We do not offer refunds for size issues unless the size sent was different from what you ordered. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide before placing your order. We only offer exchange for size issues.

6. No Return or Exchange For

  • Worn, washed, or altered products.

  • Delayed deliveries due to courier issues.

  • Orders placed with incorrect size or delivery address.

IMP: If you don't have a parcel opening video and if any case tags are removed form product then it's not get exchanged or returned.
