1. Customized Product Notice
Since our products are made-to-order and customized to your preferences, we do not offer refunds on any orders once they are confirmed and processed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

You receive a damaged or defective product.

You receive a wrong item (wrong size/design not as per your order).
In such cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
3. Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be:

COD refunds will be initiated via UPI or bank transfer.
